Udon is a type of traditional noodle from Japan and it's thick, healthy, with great texture. We Japanese eat cold or hot noodle simply with soy sauce with stock. Shallots, grated ginger, grated white radish and some other toppings on the top or side. The noodle itself only contains water, salt, and flour.
