世界を旅するうどん屋「谷村うどん」が本格手打ちうどんを作りにあなたのキッチンを訪れます(学校やレストラン等キッチン環境があればどこでもOK)。これまでの旅の話を交えながら手打ちパフォーマンスを行い、最後には「温かいうどん」と「冷たいうどん」をバイキング形式で食べて頂けます。おかわりも可能です。興味がある方は、うどん生地を踏む体験や職人が使う特殊な麺切りカッターで生地を切る体験ができます。ご準備頂きたいものは、コンロ、水道、大きな鍋、腰の高さほどのテーブルのみです。

I, World Traveling Udon Maker, will visit your house or any facilities with kitchen, such as your house, public kitchen, school, restaurants, and so on... and serve handmade udon with performance (spread the dough and cut them into noodle). If you are keen, you all get to experience stepping on the dough and cutting the dough with special noodle cutter! At the end, you will finally get to eat “hot udon” and “cold udon”, and you can go for second and third! Stove, tap water and a table height of waist to spread the dough are only things you need to have.
