World Traveling Udon Maker "Tanimura Udon" is a visiting handmade udon restaurant (without actual restaurant )traveling all around the world. I will visit anywhere with kitchen facility with round trip travel expense from wherever I am. 

So what I will do is to visit your house or any facilities with kitchen and serve handmade udon made from scratch with performance. I will introduce what I had been doing and my travel stories, and you get to step on dough and cut the dough with special noodle cutter! At the end, you are finally ready to eat delicious hot udon and cold udon. (I do workshop style as well which I teach you how to make great chewy udon from scratch using ingredients you can get in your living area. )

 

I have trained udon making in Japan and have served my udon to more than thousands of people in restaurants, cafes, guesthouses, home kitchens, and schools in Japan, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Shanghai, Spain, France, UK, Germany, Austria, Israel.

世界を旅するうどん屋「谷村うどん」は、四国の香川県の本場で讃岐うどんの修行をしていた私が、日本全国・世界各地のあらゆるキッチンに、本格手打ち讃岐うどんを作りに伺うサービスです。店舗をもたず、出張スタイルでこれまで世界各地で旅をしながらうどんを作って来ました。往復交通費があれば世界のどこでも伺います。

谷村うどんパーティーとは、これまでの旅の話を聞いてもらいながら、子供も楽しめるうどん生地の踏む体験、麺切りカッターでの生地カット体験等をご希望であればして頂き、最後には茹でたての手打ち本格讃岐うどん温冷２種類をバイキング形式おかわり自由（麺切れ次第終了）で食べられるサービスです。（あなたの住む地域の材料を使った腰のあるうどんのレシピを学び、うどん作りの全行程を体験するワークショップもやってます！）

学校、カフェ、レストラン、パブ、ゲストハウス、オフィス、家庭キッチン等色々な場所で私の手打ち讃岐うどんを振る舞って来た経験があり、これまで日本、オーストラリア、マレーシア、フィリピン、ベトナム、上海、スペイン、フランス、イギリス、ドイツ、オーストリア、イスラエルでうどん旅をしてきています。これまで各国で数万人以上の方々に谷村うどんを食べてもらってきています。
